Hello, and thanks for visiting my website. Over the next several months, you will see this site grow and expand as I add new products, blogs and other resources to help you on your journey towards a healtier, fitter you.
While there are other great fitness websites (and some not so great), I intend to focus on those workouts and philosphies that have helped me through my years of attaining and maintaining my level of physical fitness. I believe that we as humans are not only physical but spiritual beings, and that we cannot be whole by ignoring either of these parts that make us who we are.
But before you begin any workout program, make sure that you are physically able to perform the routines. And while my workout phiIosophy focuses more on the low impact uses of yoga and pilates training, I strongly advise that if you are not currently in a workout program, or havent woked out before, that you check with your physican first, especially if you are pregnant.
